Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. 

Shipments occur Monday-Fridays and every other Saturday.  No shipments will be made on Holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please expect some delays.  We will update you via email or text message if any delays occur.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do provide shipping domestically and internationally.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking will be sent via email once your order is fulfilled. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

CULTR PWR is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

CULTR PWR is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
